Less chasing. More moving forward.
Good teamwork needs a little structure and a lot less chasing. Kick gives teams a shared place in Slack for check-ins, blockers, actions, recognition, and the conversations that move work forward.
Meet KickMeet Kick.
Build a rhythm
Use async check-ins, configurable team workflows, digests, preferences, and fair rotations to keep everyone in the loop.
Turn updates into action
Track shared to-dos and blockers, plan sprints, run retrospectives and planning poker, and collect decisions and objectives.
Make room for people
Recognize teammates with kudos, coordinate handoffs and onboarding, keep personal to-dos, and prepare private one-on-ones.
Start with something useful.
A few helpful details.
Who it’s for
Teams that work in Slack and want lighter async coordination, clear follow-ups, and shared rituals.
Getting started
A Slack workspace and an authorized installation are required. No separate Kick account. Core workflows are free; feature availability depends on configuration and permissions.
Your data
Kick stores the workspace authorization and workflow records needed to operate. Workflow retention is configurable to 7, 30, or 90 days. Personal to-dos are private and expire after 30 days.
Good to know.
- Scheduled digests and reminders require activation and an external scheduler; delivery can be delayed.
- Polls and retrospectives are attributed, not anonymous.
- GitHub, Jira, and Linear issue imports and status changes are manual and confirmed; there is no background issue synchronization.
- One-on-one notes are encrypted at rest, not end-to-end encrypted.
